
This class is all about tricks, techniques, and transitions. Build strength, fluidity, and confidence while learning high beginner tricks in a safe, supportive way.
Prerequisite: Ability to perform fireman, front hook, back hook, and chair spin with basic control.
What You’ll Learn:
Climb Variations & Endurance – Beyond the basic climb. We’ll dive into side climbs, forearm climbs, and sequence-building to keep you up the pole longer.
Intermediate Sits & Holds – Master the genie, cross-ankle, and cross-knee sits, focusing on hands-free balance and solid grip points.
Intro to Leg Hangs – Dedicated conditioning and safety drills to get you comfortable with Gemini (outside leg hang) and Scorpio (inside leg hang) entries.
Flawless Transitions – Learn how to seamlessly connect your tricks with dynamic floor work and fluid pole flow.
Inversion Prep & Strength – Foundational conditioning (chopper drills and tucks) to build the core and upper-body strength required to safely go upside down.
What you need:
Heels and socks are optional
Fitted sports wear (remember, the more skin exposed the better you will stick to the pole)
