This class is for the girls that are tired of feeling scared or embarrassed to embrace their sensual and sexy side. This class will help you embrace that side all while building confidence. In this class, we focus on smoothly connecting fast and slow movements, floor work, flow, and much more. This class welcomes students who can safely demonstrate foundational skills and techniques.

Prerequisite: Ability to climb and perform basic spins (fireman, front hook, back hook, chair) with control.

This class requires instructor approval.

All students are encouraged to book a skills class such as Intro to Pole, Pole Essentials, or Beginner Pole Flow to assess the appropriateness for spin classes.
