
Ready to take your pole journey to the next level? In Beginner Spin Pole, you’ll learn how to transition from static to spin mode. This class focuses on proper spin technique, grip strength, and control so you can feel confident moving gracefully on spin pole. Expect to practice fundamental spins, climbs, and simple combinations that set the foundation for more advanced spin work.
Not suitable for first-time students. Instructor Approval Required.
Prerequisite: Ability to climb and perform basic spins (fireman, front hook, back hook, chair) with control.
Prerequisites:
At least 4–6 weeks of pole classes (or equivalent experience). If you attend this class and are observed to not have the skills required to participate in spin pole safety, appropriate class recommendations will be made to better suit your needs.
